Year 6 - Air Resistance Experiment
This afternoon, Year 6 explored air resistance through a practical science investigation. The children designed and created their own parachutes before testing them and timing how long they took to fall. They investigated how air resistance affects the speed of a falling object, using their observations to develop their understanding of forces and fair testing. They enjoyed working together in order to test their own predictions.
