Year 4 World Book Day

To celebrate World book day and the importance of friendship and togetherness, Year 4 read the book - The boy with flowers in his hair. We explored the themes of friendship and caring for each other. The children learnt that their friendships are some of the most important things they have. 

As a job - the children used their knowledge of water colours that they had been learning in art, and produced their own front cover image. A few displayed below.
