Year 3 Forest School - Summer 1

This half term, children in Y3 have enjoyed hands-on learning outdoors, including fire-based activities such as toasting bread, while practising respectful behaviour and following clear safety routines at every stage. The session focused on collecting sticks and using them responsibly to start a fire, helping pupils build confidence, teamwork and a deeper understanding of the natural environment. The children toasted bread and sweets to enjoy, after singing around the fire.
