Technology Around Us Y1

In Year 1, we have been exploring technology around us. We identified the parts of a computer and a laptop, comparing it to an iPad. On the iPads, we explored how to use our finger as a 'mouse' to select, move and draw. We also practiced adding text, using the onscreen keyboard. Following on from writing labels in our English unit 'Tiddler', the children designed their own fish and each gave it a name label.
