Music in Reception

Reception took part in their first music lesson today which was led by Miss Christie from the Gateshead music service. 

They enjoyed looking at all the instruments Miss Christie brought along to the session, including a ukulele. 

The children sang nursery rhymes and worked on tapping their instruments to a beat. They enjoyed moving to the music. 

It was a lovely way to experience something new. We can't wait for next week!
