The children in year one and two have been working really hard making Christmas cards for their friends in Kikajjo Junior School in Uganda. As part of the link, the children have been reading books set in Africa and have a display of all the things that they have found out about Uganda in the Key Stage 2 hall. The children know that the link isn't just about learning about another country but that they are also trying to make friends and that sending the children our festive greetings was an important part of the run up to Christmas.
