After a delayed start to the day, Year 1 and 2 arrived at Whitehouse Farm in good spirits. First stop was the lambing shed, where we got to give the lambs their bottles. They were very excited to see us and jumped all over us. Next stop was the stinky pigs. The little piglets were very cute. Feeding the goats was great fun. They were really greedy and nearly ate all the food. A few of them escaped from their pen to get more food from us. After lunch it was time to pet the animals. We were all so brave and held a variety of animals including rabbits, chicks, mice, a naked rat and even a snake!!! To top off a jam packed day, we enjoyed a bumpy tractor ride around the farm.
