On Thursday 18th March 2010, the Year Six children were lucky enough to have a visit from Will Gidman, a professional cricketer, who plays for Durham. The children were able to ask questions (there were some excellent ones!) and Will told us about his life as a professional sportsperson.

Whilst Will was here, he participated in the cricket lesson and showed the children some of his bowling skills. He also signed some autographs. Amazingly, Will also brought along the County Championship Cup for the children to look at and hold.
