A New Start
A warm welcome to all children, parents and carers to the beginning of an exciting new school year. We hope you have had an enjoyable break, despite the weather, and have had a chance to relax and recharge.
Last term saw Mr Scott (promotion to a new school) and Mrs Dixon (family commitments) leave our school. Both members of staff were extremely popular and will be missed by staff, parents/carers and children alike.
We have recently appointed two new members of staff who have already settled well and are excited at the challenge of working to the high expectations set at Wardley. Miss McLachlan will teach in Y6 whilst Miss Murphy will teach Y5.
This year, we will be looking to build on the success of last year, identifying the next steps for improvement in order to make our provision even more successful.
We look forward to working with all families over the coming months so that our children continue to be provided with the opportunities to explore, discover and succeed.
