Wheelchair Tennis Tournament

From Thursday 26th March to Sunday 29th March, Sunderland Tennis Centre at Silksworth, is hosting a world class event.

Some of the top players in wheelchair tennis will be competing in the four day event including Paralympic Gold Medalist and World No. 1 Quad player, Peter Norfolk and Britain's No. 1 female player, Lucy Shuker (pictured below).

There is no charge for spectating, you just have to turn up on the date(s) of your choice, with matches starting at 9.30am each day.

So, if you want to see some amazing world class sports men and women (for free!), get yourself down to the Tennis Centre this week.
